In addition to litigation before the ordinary courts and courts of arbitration, we have also litigated cases before different committees and similar bodies (e.g. KOFA and the Employee Invention Committee). Furthermore, FOYEN’s lawyers have extensive experience as arbitrators and as expert assistance judges in disputes.
